Revenue Cycle Management

GPICS

GPICS has an API that returns whether the given insurance credentials (BIN, PCN and GroupId) correspond to government insurance or not
A pharma company is prohibited from offering copay reductions to patients with government health insurance including Medicare, Medicaid and Affordable Care. At the time a drug is dispensed to a patient with insurance, a call to GPICS helps in enforcing such COMPLIANCE by not offering any copay reduction if the patient has government insurance.

Eligibility verification

System with an API to obtain pharmacy insurance credentials of a person (gets all insurance credentials of a person – can be used in real time in the last mile challenge in Medicaid payment processing – can be used in RTBV)
Given a patient’s credential such as Social Security Number, obtain all (primary, secondary etc.) insurances of the patient.

Real time benefit verification

An API that returns the amount the insurance would pay and the amount what the patient would pay given the patient, prescriber, insurance credentials, drug and dosage.
Real Time Benefit Verification ensures that a patient’s pharmacy benefit credentials are current and true.

Pharmacy Claims Processing

Bounce

Bounce is a pharmacy claims processor that receives claims from pharmacies and adjudicates the claims. Bounce uses rule based plans and processes paid claims and reversals and can handle U&C claims as well. The plan design includes specific pricing for drugs, NADAC based pricing and/or AWP based pricing.
Processes pharmacy claims for a PBM on a real time basis. The claims are adjudicated based on the policies and procedures of the PBM. Bounce is completely scalable, secure, and hosted on the cloud.

Pharma Market Access

Bounce+

Bounce+ is a Coordination of benefits processor for OCC0, OCC3 and OCC8 claims. Bounce+ offers copay assistance to patients and market access to pharma companies. The Plan design can be based on the price of the drug and copay as well as the number of refills and the interval between refills.
Pharma companies often offer reduction in patient copay especially when new drugs are introduced. The reduction amount would normally be based on (a) whether the patient has one or more insurances or (b) if the patient has insurance, whether the insurance company would reject any payments towards the purchase of the drug stating that the drug is not in the insurance company’s formulary or (c) the amount insurance companies would pay towards the purchase of the drug. Bounce+ addresses such coordination of benefits in aiding pharmaceutical companies access the market.
